1. General Information JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, through its website www.taquillatoroslasventas.com, offers the purchase of tickets for bullfighting events internationally, with a special focus on Spain.

2. Website Management and Ticket Sales The website domain and ticket sales are managed by:

TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM (A company belonging to JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA.)

3. Payments

Immediate Payment A 100% deposit of the ticket cost is required at the time of purchase, with no right to a refund. The applicable price will be the one shown on the website at the date and time of the reservation and will be accepted by the customer upon completing the online form. If TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM fails to comply with the agreed transaction, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

Pricing Policy Prices on TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM are usually higher than the nominal value of the tickets. The customer expressly accepts this price difference due to the high difficulty of acquiring tickets for highly relevant bullfighting events. The final price reflected on TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM also includes management fees, early reservation fees, shipping, and delivery costs.

4. Responsibility for Ticket Purchase

A) Availability and Modifications TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM reserves the right to modify prices, website structure, and general conditions without prior notice. Modifications will only apply to contracts made after the changes.

B) Sales Policy All sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once the purchase is confirmed. Tickets are subject to availability. It is not guaranteed that multiple tickets purchased for the same event will be contiguous, although every effort will be made to fulfill this preference.

C) In Case of Ticket Unavailability If, for reasons beyond TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM's control, tickets cannot be obtained after purchase, the website's only obligation will be to:

• Refund 100% of the paid amount.

• Offer tickets of a different category, refunding the difference if the price is lower.

5. Event Changes and Refunds

Date or Time Changes: If an event is rescheduled by the organizer, there will be no right to a refund.

Cancellations: If an event is canceled due to force majeure, weather conditions, or strikes, the full amount will be refunded. If the event is postponed but not canceled, no refund will be issued. Once tickets are purchased, changes or refunds are not allowed unless required by applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal is not permitted under current consumer and retail trade regulations.

Refunds for Cancellations Customers have 15 business days to request a refund for canceled tickets. After this period, no claims or refunds will be accepted. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used for payment within 3 to 15 days.

6. Ticket Delivery and Responsibility

A) General Conditions TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM acts only as an intermediary for deliveries carried out by third parties. It does not assume responsibility for failures by the transport company responsible for the delivery. Once handed over to the carrier, responsibility falls on the shipping company.

B) Loss or Theft In case of loss or theft, TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM will assist the customer in resolving the issue. If the error is due to the website, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

C) Home or Workplace Deliveries If the customer provides an address other than their residence, TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM is not responsible for the delivery once completed.

D) Hotel Deliveries If tickets are delivered to the reception of the hotel specified by the customer, a signature or stamp from the hotel will be required as proof of delivery. If the customer changes hotels without notification, no refund will be issued for undelivered tickets.

7. Payment Methods

A) Credit/Debit Card (Most Common and Secure Option) Payment is processed through IBERCAJA's virtual POS. TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM does not have access to your card details. In some cases, the system may take a few minutes to validate the purchase for security reasons.

B) Bank Transfer Available for customers whose card does not meet security requirements or who prefer this option. Tickets are not reserved until the transfer amount is received, which may take up to 48 hours. If tickets sell out before payment is received, the total amount will be refunded.

C) Bizum, Apple Pay, or Google Pay Available for customers whose card does not meet security requirements or who prefer this option.

8. Revocation or Withdrawal According to Article 3 of DIRECTIVE 97/7/EC, this type of contract does not permit the right of withdrawal.

9. Intellectual Property Rights TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM reserves all intellectual property rights over the service and content published on the website.

10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions TAQUILLATOROSLASVENTAS.COM may modify these terms at any time when deemed necessary.

11. Validity of General Conditions If any clause in this document is found to be incorrect or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain valid.
